Raw single-source honey from a dozen apiaries down the road — plus comb, creamed, infused and manuka. Taste it at the bar before you buy, pick it up today, or have it shipped.
Supermarket honey is blended from who-knows-where and heated until it's the same pale syrup every time. Real honey tastes like the flowers the bees worked that season.
Filtered and pasteurised so it pours the same forever — and tastes the same as every other bottle.
"Product of multiple countries" is on the back label for a reason.
Buckwheat, tupelo and orange blossom are as different as coffee, butter and oranges. You'd never know from the shelf.
Which one for tea? For a cheese board? For a gift? The supermarket can't tell you. We can.
Everything below is on the shelf and at the tasting bar. Call and we'll set a jar aside for 48 hours, or ship it anywhere in the US.
Wildflower · clover · orange blossom
Buckwheat · tupelo · sourwood · blackberry · basswood
Hot honey · lavender · cinnamon · vanilla bean · ginger

The all-rounder. Floral, balanced, whatever the meadow was doing that month. Tea, toast, yogurt.
Dark, malty, almost molasses. For people who drink stout and love blackstrap. Magic on oatmeal.
Buttery, smooth, and it rarely crystallises. The special-occasion jar.
Wildflower infused with chilli. Pizza, fried chicken, a cheese board — people buy it by the pair.
Whipped until it spreads like butter. No drips, no sticky counter. Kids love it.
Straight from the frame. The centrepiece of a cheese board — and yes, you eat the wax.
Once you've tasted one from a single apiary, the squeeze bottle is hard to go back to.
Three ways to get it home.

Every raw jar is from one of a dozen apiaries within a couple of hours of the shop. We can tell you whose bees.
Strained, not filtered or pasteurised. It'll crystallise eventually — that's how you know it's real.
Boxes wrapped with a card, ready for pickup or shipped straight to them. Corporate orders welcome.
First Sunday of the month, 2pm, 90 minutes, $25 a seat. Twelve seats, and they go.

"I thought I didn't like honey. Turns out I didn't like supermarket honey. The buckwheat is unreal."
"We carry their hot honey at the café. It outsells everything on the counter, and they actually answer when I reorder."

Not at all — raw honey crystallises naturally, and it means nothing was done to it. Set the jar in warm (not boiling) water and it loosens right up. Honey doesn't go off.
Every raw varietal comes from one of about a dozen apiaries within a couple of hours of the shop. The manuka is the exception — it's imported and UMF-graded.
No — no honey of any kind for babies under 12 months old. That's the standard guidance, and it applies to raw and supermarket honey alike.
Anywhere in the US. Flat $8, free over $75, out the door within two business days with tracking by email.
We don't make health claims about any honey — that's a question for your doctor. We can tell you manuka tastes earthy and herbal, and what the UMF grade means.
Free tasting bar every Saturday, 1–3pm. Or call and we'll set a jar aside.
